Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school.

Pascale is Swiss and the person that all her close friends call about schooling. Pascale's passion for education, her interest in finding a bespoke solution, and caring approach are genuine.

Having stepped back from a high-level career as an international tax and estate planning lawyer, Pascale has since pursued her vocation for nonprofit organizations serving. She has served for several years as Trustee on the Board of ZIS Zurich International School. Pascale is currently Board Chair for FOUNDATIONS FOR LEARNING, a not-for-profit that provides high quality and evidence-based interventions to help every student realize their potential. 

Parent to a now grown-up son in Swiss University, Pascale believes deeply in supporting children to fulfil their potential and knows first-hand that the right learning environment can make all the difference in the world. Pascale is pleased to team up to provide schooling support to local families and those moving to Switzerland.

A Canadian and British national, Sandra relocated to Basel with her family in 2019 from a high-level career in fundraising in New York City. Sandra has two boys in Swiss Public School, both of whom transitioned from an international bilingual school in Basel. Throughout this process, Sandra learned that navigating schooling in Switzerland is not so straightforward, especially in a foreign language. 

Sandra grew up all over the world and has attended boarding schools. She has first-hand experience changing schools, changing between curriculums (British, High School Diploma and IB) and settling into new places.  Sandra will help make these transitions as smooth as possible for your family.

Sandra is passionate about arts and culture. She founded the Basel Tastemakers, dedicated to bringing international audiences to arts and culture offerings in and around Basel. This has now evolved into I LOVE THE ARTS.
